Paprec Energies Binn begins work on ‘transformative’ €120m Energy from Waste facility

Paprec, the French-based leader in recycling and green energies, and Binn Group, Scotland’s largest independent waste management company, have joined forces to begin work on a new Energy from Waste (EfW) facility, which will provide low carbon energy to local industries.  

Paprec Energies invests €120 million in a new waste-to-energy plant in Scotland

The Paprec group will design and build a waste-to-energy plant in Scotland. Scotland will become the 11th operating area for the group. Paprec will own and operate the plant for 60 years, in collaboration with Binn Farm, Scotland’s leading recycling and resource management company.
